The Change Academy (TCA) is a unique immersive leadership learning opportunity for globally minded high school youth, allowing them to meet together on the Hawaiian islands during the summer. TCA offers hands-on, project-based learning, team building, and cross-cultural dialogue. The experience will foster leadership skills and motivation for youth participants who want to take positive action in their communities and will equip students with critical 21st-century skills.
Throughout the intensive program and beyond, participants develop knowledge, awareness, confidence, and skills on each learning stage to become a true change-maker!
